About Dira’s Sauce
Dira’s Sauce is a small company based in Murray, Utah, which produces gourmet pepper sauces out of a small commercial kitchen. Our sauces are made from all-natural ingredients, using recipes passed down from her mother. The sauces were initially made in her kitchen from home and shared with friends and family as gifts. Over the years, requests for the sauces became overwhelming, and the company was started to meet demand. Ingredients used are from local, organic farms according to availability, which reduces the carbon footprint for production. The company meets high standards of environmental sustainability and social responsibility. We plan to continue producing the sauces according to demand from friends, family, and farmers’ markets.
Our History
Our owner, Adira Yassin (Dira), is the proud mother of 3 girls and learned the culinary secrets from her mother. Nadira’s sauce recipes come from a long line of hardworking tradition and improvement upon ancient methods passed down from generation to generation.
Today, healthy condiments are hard to find. Dira’s pepper sauce contains no preservatives, artificial or other unhealthy ingredients. Dira’s Sauces contain only natural ingredients typically used in specific middle eastern recipes combined to produce the unique tastes found in her sauces. Dira’s Sauce is created from all-natural and local ingredients to reduce the carbon footprint required for manufacture.
